Jayden is a growth hacker and agency owner with over five years of experience helping brands scale through performance marketing, funnel design, and digital automation. He is the founder of Growth Greatness, a growth consultancy that builds high-converting acquisition systems and scalable digital ecosystems for businesses.

Over the course of his career, Jayden has supported more than 50 brands and over 200 service professionals, from his early work as a digital marketer to his roles as a growth and automation lead, and now through his own company. As a growth hacker, he specialises in rapid experimentation, data-driven optimisation, and systemised marketing to help businesses achieve predictable and sustainable growth. His expertise spans paid advertising, customer acquisition funnels, conversion optimisation, content strategy, and marketing automation.

Jayden is also an MOE-appointed instructor for the IMDA “AI for Fun” programme, where he conducts yearly AI and digital literacy workshops across multiple primary schools, introducing students to technology, creativity, and future-ready digital skills.
