Not every decision comes with a clear right or wrong answer. In the workplace and daily life, critical thinking helps you assess situations objectively, question assumptions, evaluate information, and make more confident choices. This course equips executives with practical thinking frameworks to approach complex issues with clarity and sound judgement. If you are looking to strengthen your decision-making skills for work and everyday situations, this course is for you.
