The FirstCom Academy team was back in the heartlands last Friday, engaging the community and sharing the importance of upskilling at Hillion Mall. As part of the Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) Skills & Career Fair, we had the opportunity to connect with job seekers, working professionals, and individuals who were exploring ways to improve their employability and take the next step in their careers.
Throughout the event, our team engaged with many enthusiastic attendees who were eager to learn more about career development, skills upgrading, and future job opportunities. It was inspiring to meet individuals who were actively taking charge of their career journeys and looking for practical ways to strengthen their capabilities.
At our booth, our team shared how upskilling can help individuals stay relevant, build confidence, and improve their employability in today’s changing job market. Through meaningful conversations, attendees were able to better understand how developing new skills can open doors to career opportunities and support better long-term outcomes.
The fair also provided attendees with opportunities to connect with leading enterprises and explore potential career pathways.
